Joint Venture of Smyth and Washington Counties

The Smyth-Washington Regional Industrial Facilities Authority (SWIFA) is responsible for the development and marketing of the Highlands Buisness Park, a joint venture between Washington and Smyth Counties. The SWIFA Board is comprised of six members, three each appointed by the Boards of Supervisors of Washington and Smyth Counties.
